Summer Fun Kid's Day Performance- 2015
Party Palooza and Ms. Rikki’s Center for the Performing Arts in Vacherie are teaming up for a fun performance opportunity. Here is a chance for your child to perform with the enchanting princesses of Party Palooza. The performance is for the Summer Fun Kids Day held at the Houma Civic Center on July 18tth and WE NEED DANCERS.
We are inviting any dancer 5 – 12 years to attend a workshop to learn the dances. We would like students of different levels. We will have a beginner level and intermediate level. The workshop will be held on Tuesday and Thursday for the two weeks leading up to the event.
The following is the schedule for the workshop:
*This may change depending on the number of performers we have in each level
Beginner level – Tuesday (July 7 and 14), Thursday (July 9) 5:00-5:45
Thursday (July 16) 6:30-7:30
*Dress Rehearsal with the princesses :)
Intermediate level- Tuesday (July 7 and 14), Thursday (July 9) 5:45-6:30
Thursday (July 16) 6:30-7:30
*Dress Rehearsal with the princesses :)
The cost of the workshop is $35. This includes any materials for props and tutu/accessory for performance. You will be responsible for acquiring a pink leotard with cap sleeves for the performance.
Note: You do not need to be a current student of Ms. Rikki’s to participate, but dancers should have some dance experience.
There will be a limit to the number of performers. The only way to secure a spot is to register online and pay the $35 fee by July 2nd. We will let you know your level by July 2nd.
